70 year old Jewell Terry Petty of Tullahoma died Saturday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro. A native of DeKalb County, he was the son of the late Fred Petty and Clella Trapp Petty. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carol Petty. He was a retired realtor. A graveside service will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Reid of Southport, Florida. 77 year old Gairett Hobert Bratten, Jr. of Dowelltown died Sunday at his residence. He was a member of the Pisgah United Methodist Church, a retired mechanic, and a U.S. Army Veteran. She was born in DeKalb County, was a homemaker, and the oldest charter member of the Trinity Baptist Church. Fuson was preceded in death by her parents, Christopher Columbus and Pearl Sypert Medley; her husband, Willie J. "Bill" Fuson; a daughter, Dolly Rose Fuson; sisters, Eula Mathis, Bula Maggart, and Ruth Moulton; brothers, Robert Medley, Howard Medley, Floyd Medley, Alfred Medley, and Buster Medley; and a great great grandson, Ethan Foster.
