48 year old Ricky "Bell Herman" Estes died Wednesday at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a tree trimmer. The funeral will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Wilson Williams will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Aarat Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Estes was preceded in death by his father, Alvie Estes and sisters Lisa Devault and Jenna Roller. Survivors include his wife, Cindy A. Estes of Woodbury. Three children, Amy Estes, Sara South, and Kasey Estes all of Smithville. His mother, Dixie Sweeton of Smithville. Grandchlldren, Aaliyah and Isaiah Cummings, Araya and Orion Ittayem, Conner Grisham, and Jakota and Jakob Estes. Sisters, Doreen Pedigo of Smithville, Kathy and husband Bruce Chapman of Liberty, and Patsy Estes of Smithville. Brothers, Jimmy Estes of Smithville and Jerry and wife Tammy Estes of Pea Ridge. Special friends, Homer and Melissa Petty. Several nieces and nephews survive. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
