Chad Kirby Maintains His Lead Among WJLE’s Fearless Forecasters (Show Airs Today at 4:30 p.m.)

Chad Kirby remains the fearless leader of WJLE’s Fearless Forecasters heading into the eighth week of the college football season.

Kirby leads the pack with an overall record of 67-38 followed by Darrell Gill and Dewain Hendrixson each at 65-40. John Pryor and the James Gang (Grant and Jeff James) each own a record of 61-44. Ricky Atnip and the guests are 60-45. Jacob Parsley is 59-46, Scott Brown and Will Graham are each at 57-48 and Jared Davis is 56-49.

For the week, Darrell Gill, Chad Kirby, and Dewain Hendrixson tied for the best record at 11-4. The James Gang, Jacob Parsley, Scott Brown, Ricky Atnip, and John Pryor each went 10-5. Will Graham and last week’s guest Brad Halfacre each went 8-7 and Jared Davis was 7-8.

Only one of the forecasters hit his underdog pick last week. Will Graham got on the board with 7 points as Tennessee upset Mississippi State 20-10.

After seven weeks, Jared Davis is the underdog points leader with 31 followed by Scott Brown 29.5, the guests 14.5, Jacob Parsley 14, Dewain Hendrixson 11, Darrell Gill 8, John Pryor 7.5, Will Graham 7 points, the James Gang 4.5 points, and Ricky Atnip 4 points.

Thursday the Forecasters will be picking winners in the following games:

Michigan at Penn State, Arizona at USC, San Diego State at San Jose State, Baylor at Oklahoma State, TCU at Kansas State, North Carolina at Virginia Tech, Oregon at Washington, Duke at Virginia, Florida at South Carolina, Texas A&M at Ole Miss, Temple at SMU, Air Force at Hawaii, Missouri at Vanderbilt, Tennessee at Alabama, and the L.A. Chargers at the Tennessee Titans.

Thursday’s special guest is Stuart Brown.
