Jesse Kenneth VanDyne, Sr. age 80 passed away Saturday March 26, 2022 at his residence. He was preceded in death by Daughter: Penny VanDyne; Son: Jesse VanDyne, Jr. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Tuesday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Teresa Wright officiating. Visitation with the family will be Monday 3 PM until 7 PM and Tuesday 11:AM until the time of the service at 2 PM. Survivors include his wife Sharon VanDyne of Smithville; Children: Christine (Frank) Elliott, Todd VanDyne, Danny (Susan) VanDyne all of Smithville, Stephen VanDyne and Timothy VanDyne both of Florida; Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild also survive. The Funeral Home lounge is closed at this time and NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed in the building. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
