“Petunia” is a dog with a lot of energy and she would make a great companion.

Why not welcome her into your home?

“Petunia”, a mixed Terrier-American Pit Bull, is the WJLE/DeKalb Animal Shelter featured “Pet of the Week” .

DeKalb Animal Shelter’s Megan Moore and Emmaly Bennett with Petunia from dwayne page on Vimeo.

“She is about 8 years old and has been spade and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Petunia is great with people especially kids but she does like to be the only dog in the household. She is very dominant. If you have space in your home and don’t already have dogs, Petunia would make a great companion,” said shelter employee Emmaly Bennett.

If you would like to meet “Petunia” put in an application on our website //www.dekalbanimalcoalition.org/ and we will call you to set up an appointment,”  she said.  For more information call 615-597-3647 or send a message on facebook or email.
