Have you heard about “Snoopy”?

No, not the character from the Peanuts comic strip! This “Snoopy” is a real live lovable dog and he is now available for adoption at the DeKalb Animal Shelter.

“Snoopy” is the WJLE/DeKalb Animal Shelter featured “Pet of the Week”.

“Snoopy is our newest shelter resident as an owner surrender. He is an 8 year old Yorkie and has been neutered and micro-chipped. He is also up to date on his vaccinations. He is a good dog and great with other dogs. He just needs a lap to sit on. His adoption fee is $130,” said Shelter Director Emmaly Bennett.

“If you are interested go to our website at https://www.dekalbanimalshelter.com/ and look for Snoopy under the adoptable pets tab. Fill out that application and we will call you for an appointment to come in and meet him,” said Bennett.
