Due to his condition and circumstances of the traffic stop, field sobriety tasks were not conducted but a search warrant was obtained for a blood sample from McCurry.

Police also learned while conducting a license check that the motorcycle, a 2016 Honda CBR 300, was reported stolen from White County on July 9. The bike is valued at $2,600.
