20 year old Cedric Anthony Cruz, Jr. of Church Street, Dowelltown is charged in a grand jury sealed indictment for possession of a schedule VI drug (marijuana) with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver. His bond is $7,500 and he will be arraigned in criminal court on May 18.

Upon arrival he spoke with Kyle and Morgan who both said there had been a physical domestic between them. It started after they had driven to a friend’s house and stopped in the driveway. Kyle grabbed the keys out of the ignition and when Morgan tried to get the keys away from her, she bit him on his wrist. Morgan had scratches on his neck and shoulders and marks on his wrist.
