Breakfast With Santa Raises Funds for First Methodist Pre-School

December 1, 2018
By: Dwayne Page

Many happy youngsters and the young at heart got a chance to have breakfast with Santa this morning (Saturday).

The event was held as a fundraiser for the First United Methodist Preschool at the Christian Fellowship Center.

“We decided this year to do Breakfast with Santa because we had so many people who wanted Santa pictures. We’re offering things like Letters with Santa. We have crafts and Mrs. Claus and pictures with Santa. We’re trying to make it as close to the north pole as we can here in Smithville,” said Sabrina Kirksey.

The educational purpose of the First Methodist Pre-School is to provide a variety of opportunities that will help your child to develop physically, socially, spiritually, academically and creatively.   Some of the activities available include: interactive group activities, games, songs, individual center choices, and free exploration both inside and outside the classroom.
