36 year old Shelly Nicole Brown of Brown Lane is charged with burglary and theft of property. Her bond is $12,500 and she will be in court March 12.

Sheriff Patrick Ray said that on August 20, 2019 Brown broke into an outbuilding on Brown Lane and stole an orange and black KTM mini bike valued at $1,500 and pawned it at K&K Pawn Shop in McMinnville.

The case was investigated by a Sheriff’s Department Detective.

Sheriff Ray said that on February 24 a deputy was called to the home of Turner’s mother on A.B. Frazier Road where Turner was an unwanted guest. Upon arrival the officer spoke with Turner and a computer check revealed that he was under a temporary order of protection to keep away from the residence. He entered the home loudly calling out the victim’s name causing that person to escape through a window in fear.
