“I have a production pottery line which is mostly functional table top wares. A lot of people in Smithville have that including bowls, mugs, and cups. I also have my unique one of a kind pieces. Since I teach not everything I make has to be sold. Some things I just make for the creativity of it,” she said.
“I have been in Smithville with my studio since 1984. I was first on Broad Street and then I bought this building and added on to it several times. It’s a fantastic studio to work in. I am still excited about doing my work and I hope people are still excited about seeing it,” she said.
