The DeKalb County Cub Scout Pack #347 hosted “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny” Saturday morning at the Smithville First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Jason Hardwick, Cub Master said the event was held to raise money for the scouts.

“We are raising proceeds for the youngsters’ Blue and Gold Project coming up where some of them will transfer to the Boy Scouts and to obtain their rank within the Cub Scouts. Some of the extra proceeds will go toward camping gear and things of that nature,” he said.
The breakfast served up pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage with juice and coffee. Participates also had a chance to have their pictures made with the Easter Bunny.
