The DeKalb County Adopt-A-Teacher Program is back for the second year!

“Lets spread some good throughout the county. We all know teachers and other school staff are our unsung heroes. Let’s make things a bit easier for them and help them understand how much they mean to us in our county,” said program coordinator Shelly Barnes.

Teachers available for adoption can be found on the the following sites for each school. Special thanks to local parent, Heather Young, for helping create the sites.

If you would like to adopt a teacher, simply click sign up on the teacher (s) you would like to adopt. Click submit and sign up at the bottom of the page. Add comments on the items you are getting for the teacher. Add your name and email then click sign up now.
