DeKalb West School this morning (April 9) announced the April Students of the Month. Chosen for the honor were Maggie Hendrix, PreK; Lucas Yancey, Kindergarten; Charley Prichard, 1st grade; Jonah Maynard, 2nd grade; Max Hendrixson, 3rd grade; Izzy Prichard, 4th grade; Kolby Slager, 5th grade; Lauren Fry, 6th grade; Emily Satterfield, 7th grade; and Noah Evans, 8th grade. Teachers’ selections are based on academic performance, character, and other traits that make them excellent students.
