Looking for a young, fun loving, playful companion?

“Toby” may just be for you!

This 6 month old Boxer mix, the WJLE/DeKalb Animal Coalition Pet of the Week, is currently available for adoption at the animal shelter.

“Toby is constantly wagging his tail and is walking very nicely on a leash. He is very playful and loves to jump, bound and bounce around. When it’s time to relax, he’s a big cuddler! Toby seems easy to train and is very food motivated. He does great with other dogs and would love a buddy with a similar energy level to play with. He would thrive with a fenced yard where he could run and play. Toby is looking for a family who knows and loves the Boxer personality. Apply to adopt Toby today”, said Shelter Director Megan Moore.

For more information call 615-597-1363.

The shelter, located at 186 Transfer Station Road behind Tenneco Automotive, is open Thursday and Friday from noon until 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon.
