The DCHS Lady Tigers lost to York Institute 47 to 45 in the Frank’s Christmas Shootout at White County High School on Tuesday.
The Lady Tigers trailed the Dragonettes 13 to 12 after the 1st period, 27 to 21 at halftime and 38 to 30 after the 3rd period before falling 47 to 45.

Ella VanVranken led DC in scoring with 24 followed by Cam Branin, Tess Barton, and Allie Melton each with 6 and Avery Agee with 3.
The Lady Tigers’ overall record is now 6-6.
