WJLE’s TOP Fearless Forecasters to be awarded today (Thursday)

Two of WJLE’s Fearless Forecasters will be awarded today (Thursday) on the last show of the season at 4:30 p.m.

Dewain Hendrixson compiled the best record during the 15 week season at 160-88 picking winners in college football and Tennessee Titans games while Will Graham accumulated the most underdog points for the season at 61. Both will receive plaques from WJLE during the show.

Overall Grant James of the James Gang finished in second place at 151-97, nine games back. Will Graham came in third place at 148-100, twelve games out. Darrell Gill and Ricky Atnip tied for fourth place at 147-101, thirteen games back. Chad Kirby finished in sixth place at 144-104, sixteen games out. John Pryor is in seventh place at 141-107, nineteen games back. The guests concluded the season in eighth place at 139-109, twenty one games out of first place. Scott Brown finished in ninth place at 136-112, twenty four games back.

In picking the 40 college football bowl games, Grant James, John Pryor, and the last guest, Jim Hodges each went 23-17. Dewain Hendrixson and Ricky Atnip were each at 22-18. Will Graham was 21-19, Darrell Gill 20-20, Chad Kirby 19-21, and Scott Brown 14-26.

Overall Will Graham had the most underdog points of the season at 61 followed by Ricky Atnip with 53.5, Scott Brown 53, Grant James of the James Gang 48. The guests 47.5, John Pryor 39.5, Chad Kirby 31, Darrell Gill 30, and Dewain Hendrixson 27.
