Roberto Carlos Ornelas, age 39 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born May 28, 1983 in Mexico. He was the son of Antonio Ornelas and Graciela Delgado Ornelas.
He was preceded in death by his son, James Ornelas.
Survivors include:
Partner- Tabitha Ashburn of Sparta, TN
Daughter- Gracie Ornelas of Sparta, TN
Parents- Antonio and Graciela Ornelas of Sparta, TN
Step-Sons- Ethan Martinez and Aaron Martinez
Brothers- Antonio Ornelas, Jesus Ornelas, Mario Ornelas, Miguel Ornelas and Martin Ornelas
Several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends also survive.
He loved spending time with his daughter and his family.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Gervan Menezes officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery in the Cassville community. The family will welcome friends on Monday from 9:00 AM until time of the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Tracy Haynes, age 52, of Smithville, TN passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022.
Mr. Haynes was born on August 19, 1970, TN to his parents, the late Danny Haynes and Cathy Gray. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brown and Hazel Haynes. Mr. Haynes previously worked at Amazon and was a Methodist. The family has chosen cremation, and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 4pm at 325 Snow Hill Road, Dowelltown.
He is survived by 2 sons, Chandler (Caitlyn) Haynes of Watertown and Tristin Haynes of Smithville; 1 granddaughter, Kingsley Haynes of Watertown; 2 sisters, Carelis Haynes Garcia and Charity Sullivan both of Smithville. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Martha Inez Colwell Moore

Martha Inez Colwell Moore age 83 of Sparta, passed away Saturday night, September 10, 2022, at her residence. She was born February 24, 1939, to her parents, the late Toy Brown and Lydia Mae Williams Colwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Doyle Lynn Moore; 7 brothers, Floyd, James, Dallas, John B. Johnny Ringo, Lillard and Eugene Colwell. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of the Smithville First United Methodist Church and a member of the Sisterhood. She married Hugh Edwin Moore on September 21, 1957. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of almost 65 years, Rev. Edwin Moore of Sparta; 2 children, Royce (Rhonda) Moore of Dowelltown and Elizabeth Moore (Brenda Elrod) of LaVergne; grandchildren, Bradley (Cassdie) Moore and Brandey Moore; great-grandchildren, Willard (Sally) Colwell of Smithville and Daniel Colwell of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 1:PM Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. David Lunsford officiating and burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery at Cassville. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday 10:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM. In addition to flowers, donations may be made to the Smithville First United Methodist Church, in memory of Mrs. Martha. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Thomas “Tom” John Beckham, Sr.

Thomas “Tom” John Beckham, Sr. age 81 of Smithville, passed away Thursday September 8, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He was born August 1, 1941, to his parents the late Wardie Auther and Ruby Ward Beckham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sons, Brian Beckham and Michael Beckham; brother, Herman Beckham. Mr. Beckham served in the United States Air Force and was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Beckham of Smithville; son, Thomas John Beckham, JR. of Smithville; 2 grandsons. Josh Beckham and Travis Beckham both of Smithville; brother, Marvin Beckham of Smithville; daughter-in-law, Shelia Beckham of Smithville. The family has honored Mr. Beckham’s request to be cremated. No services are planned. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Darlene Carolyn Radwan age 73 of Smithville, formerly of Virginia, passed away Saturday September 3, 2022 at NHC Healthcare Center in Smithville. She was born July 8, 1949 to her parents the late Herman and Hasseltine Shafer Leach. Ms. Radwan worked at the Dry Cleaners. She is survived by daughter: Julie Hendrickson of Woodbury; son: Randy Radwan of Sparta. The family has honored Ms. Radwan’s request to be cremated and no services will be held. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Amy Dawn Keith age 51 of Smithville, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022, in DeKalb County. She was born October 15, 1970, to her parents, the late Phillip Reed Keith and Brenda Maxine Cope Briggs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Hayes; maternal grandparents, Myrtle Cope West and Haskel Cope; paternal grandparents, Claudie and Carnell Keith. Amy worked in healthcare as a nurse assistant and was a Baptist. She is survived by 3 children, Brittney Cantrell and Jayme Linn Hayes both of Smithville and Christian Keith Cantrell of Tullahoma; sister, Gina (Jimmy) Lewis of Smithville; half-sister, Ashley Keith of Gainesboro; stepfather, Larry Briggs of Smithville; stepmother, Evelyn Keith of Gainesboro; nieces, Caitlin Anderson and Chelsie McCroskey. Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the Smithville First Assembly of God with Bro. Donnie Kelly officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 11:AM until the time of the service at 2 PM at the Smithville First Assembly of God. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
