Margaret Ann Pyles age 52 of Smithville, passed away Tuesday morning, October 20, 2020 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. She was born May 17, 1968 to her parents, the late Curtis and Anna Satterfield Layman. She and her husband were the former owners of Tim’s Truck Service and she was a Christian. She is survived by her husband, Tim Pyles of Smithville; two children, Jennifer Pack of Smithville and Brandon (Kelsey) Pyles of Liberty; four grandchildren, Miah, Tegan, Knox and Taylor; three siblings, Brian Layman, Tyra Manypenny and Starla Moore all of Ohio; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7 PM Friday, October 23, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Friday 4 PM until the time of the service at 7 PM. Due to COVID 19 and social distancing guidelines, our pews are marked off to respect these guidelines and allow approximately 100-125 for the service. We ask for the health and safety of everyone that you please exercise social distancing. Our lounge is closed at this time and NO Food or Drinks are allowed in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the charity of your choice. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
