Mrs. Rhodessa Gail Pinegar, age 63, of Smithville passed away at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro on Saturday, June 3, 2023.
She was a Baptist and former co-owner of Keltonburg Nursery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Lester, Sr. and Charlene Ruby Cagle; son, Percy Lee Pinegar, III; daughter-in-law, Shanna Pinegar; 2 brothers, Teddy Cagle and Mike Cagle; 3 brothers-in-law, David Wayne Pinegar, Jimmy Beacham, and Paul Ferrell; niece, Shanna Martina Redmon; and 1 sister-in-law, Debra Ann Dunn.
The family has honored Ms. Rhodessa’s wishes to be cremated, and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Ms. Pinegar is survived by husband of 47 years, Percy Lee Pinegar, Jr. of Smithville; 1 daughter, Jessica Lee Steinbach of Smithville; 4 grandchildren, Jonathan Mikey Steinbach (Adriana Billings) of Smithville; Tori (Caleb) Furnival of McMinnville; Katlyn Nichole (Bradley) Tate of Smithville, and Kelsey Elizabeth Steinbach of Smithville; 9 great grandchildren, Emma RenaƩ Steinbach, Damien Colt Furnival, Jaxton Ray Herriott, Harlan Cole Pinegar, Olivia Grace Furnival, Winstyn Lee Tate, Clara Delaney Steinbach, Emberlyn Elise Steinbach, Braelyn Shanna Rose Tate; 3 sisters, Debbie (Randy) Esmeyer, Rita (Karry) Kennedy, and Wanda (Stanley) Smith all of McMinnville; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Percy Lee, Sr. and Nancy Jane Pinegar; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Charles (Melissa) Pinegar, Cynthia Beacham, Jimmy Dunn and Sherry Cagle; several special nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
