Shirley A. Gibbs age 69 of Dowelltown passed away Thursday afternoon at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital ER. She is the wife of Billy Gibbs of Dowelltown. The funeral arrangements for Shirley are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by DeKalb Funeral Chapel.
