The DCHS Tigerettes were shutout by Warren County 6 to 0 Thursday.
The Lady Pioneers scored 6 runs on 8 hits and made no errors. DeKalb County was held scoreless on 5 hits and made 3 errors.
Warren County scored 1 run in the 1st inning, 2 runs in the 2nd and 3rd innings, and 1 run in the 4th inning.
Kenzie France took the loss for DeKalb County. She allowed 8 hits and 6 runs over three and a third innings, striking out 2. She walked 3. Madison Whitehead came in for three and two thirds innings and walked 1.
Sadie Simmons got the win for Lady Pioneers. She went 7 innings, allowing no runs on 5 hits, striking out 3 and walking none.
Kenzie France had 2 hits in the game for the Tigerettes while Jacey Hatfield, Joni Robinson and Ellie Cripps each had a hit.
