The DCHS Tigerettes lost to Livingston Academy 20 to 18 on Saturday.

Tigerettes Pound Smith County 16-1
The DCHS Tigerettes pounded Smith County 16 to 1 in Smithville Wednesday.
The Tigerettes scored 16 runs on 12 hits and made no errors. Smith County scored 1 run on 1 hit and made 1 error.
DeKalb County scored 7 runs in the 2nd inning and 9 runs in the 4th inning. Smith County scored 1 run in the 1st inning.

Tigerettes Shutout Cannon County 14-0
The DCHS Tigerettes shutout Cannon County 14-0 Thursday in Smithville.
DeKalb County scored 14 runs on 13 hits and made no errors. Cannon County was held scoreless on 5 hits and made 1 error.
The Tigerettes scored 5 runs in the 1st inning, 3 runs in the 2nd inning, 2 runs in the 3rd inning, and 4 runs in the 4th inning.

Saints Soccer Sport 7-5 Overall Record
The Saints Soccer season is ongoing as the Saints continue to improve each and every game. The Saints are currently 3-3 in conference play and 7-5 overall including the preseason.
After beating Watertown 4-0 and Jackson Co. 7-1, the Saints have their sights on conference rival, undefeated Algood Middle on April 12th. The Saints enter Halftime tied 1-1 behind a goal from Jonathan Hernandez. However, the Saints train quickly falls off the tracks in the second half as the Saints lose this one with a final score 6-1.
The following day Warren Co. Middle comes to town. After an aggressive, scoreless first half, Warren Co scores off of a PK late in the second half. DeKalb loses this one 1-0.
On April 17th, the DMS Saints wear Purple as they honor Coach Nokes’ late mother, Karen Jacobs. Behind goals from Mario Mathias and Jonathan Hernandez, DMS beats rival Prescott Middle 2-0. Goalkeeper Diego Coronado and Company leave the visiting Bulldogs scoreless.
The next home game will be 8th grade night on April 26th vs. Upperman. 8th Grade Ceremonies begin at 5:30 pm with kick-off at 6:00 pm.
